Our vacation was amazing! Mallorca is very beautiful island. We have travelled a lot.
Very good hotel. Emerald sea, tasty breakfasts, cosy rooms.
The hotel gym is situated out of the building, on the fresh air. The dinners are tasteless.

Overall a good experience, let down a bit by some rude staff sadly.
Overall a good experience. I travelled with family as a surprise for my Mum's birthday. We are 4 ladies aged mid 30s to mid 60s and we made lots of new friends during our stay (both couples, families and solo travellers) who were great people and a lot of fun. The all inclusive was brilliant value and the view across the bay from our rooms in the second block (2315 and 2316) was incredible. This block is also further away from the bar which can be a tad noisy with guests having fun late in the evenings. The food quality and variety surpassed our expectations and some of the entertainment and facilities were excellent. The little beach area is great and Soul Avenue and Queen were definite highlights!! There were however a few negatives to note which unfortunately did manage to detract from the plus points I've mentioned....
There were however a few negatives to note which unfortunately did manage to detract from the plus points I've mentioned.... There was no a la carte restaurant availability for the duration of our stay so we felt we had been mis-sold that. A better system needs to be in place to avoid this. Receptionists at check-in were rather abrupt and unaccommodating and it was quite an unnecessarily lengthy process. We were welcomed with a glass of chilled Cava though which was a nice touch and our cases taken to our rooms for us. One of our two rooms was fine but the other had a damp smell and shower appeared to leak with a knob missing on the control. It didn't bother us enough to request switching rooms though. Our water etc wasn't replenished every day which was a shame. Whilst the food at the Italian buffet restaurant was absolutely delicious and the chefs friendly, a couple of the waiting staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, giving us a dreadful attitude when we asked for more water/wine. They were very slow and spilt water on me and all over the table on several occasions without any apology or help to clear up. There was also a rather rude barman at the pool bar and a security guard who angrily kicked a table and chair over which was totally unacceptable. We found a few of the staff (not all) to be really quite aggressive and unprofessional and lacking basic customer service skills which is a real shame and did let it down a bit. The entertainment team were incredibly hardworking and the programme varied. The live sax at the pool and the paella and sangria masterclass were our favourites. We did feel the evening entertainment ended rather early/abruptly each night with just 2/3 songs played by the DJ following the live music finishing by around 10pm, despite the bar remaining open until 11.30pm and staff, security, some other guests getting apparently rather cross about the noise of laughing and singing etc continuing during that gap.
